On the 20th of October, we went on a day trip to “Parc del Foix”, a natural, well-protected park full of trees, plants and a lake where we spent most of our day laughing, learning and having fun!
When we got there, it was quite chilly, but after running around for a bit, we got warmer. After a while, we split into groups, and we learned a bit about common plants in the area, such as pine trees and oak trees. However, it wasn’t boring at all, as we did a few activities. Later on, we went for a walk through the woods, talking and chatting. On our way, we stopped to have a good look at the lake. It was a bit disconcerting and upsetting, because there’s a drought, so you couldn’t see much water – although, with or without water, it’s a very beautiful place with wonderful views.
At the end of the day, we had lunch in a little nice village called Castellet de la Gornal… and then we had to come back to school. What an awesome trip!
